The WTO Shouldn't Undermine America's Trade Laws

The World Trade Organization (WTO) has disproportionally targeted America's trade enforcement laws. Although the U.S. is just one of the WTO's 164 members, it has been targeted in nearly 58 percent of trade remedy cases — and of those cases, the WTO has ruled against the U.S. about 90 percent of the time.

It's time for America to take a stand to ensure our trade laws stay strong.
