Tell Congress: Stop China's Buying Spree of U.S. Companies

Why in the world would our government allow a Chinese firm likely connected to its government take over the Chicago Stock Exchange? 
 
China’s Chongqing Casin Enterprise Group just received approval from the U.S. government to purchase the Chicago Stock Exchange, raising a number of troubling questions about the security of sensitive data companies must provide to the stock exchange in order be listed.  
 
The U.S. has one of the most open markets in the world for investment. Certain acquisitions by foreign-owned companies can spur growth and create jobs here in the United States. However, when potentially hostile foreign governments are behind the decision-making, we need to draw a line. We must give these deals extra scrutiny to ensure that our national security will not be jeopardized. 
 
Tell Congress to stop China’s buying spree of U.S. companies. Our national security is at risk.
