President Trump talks a big game about helping American workers. So why did he put forth an infrastructure investment plan that doesn’t include Buy America?

American companies stand ready to rebuild America’ infrastructure, and at a fair price. Investing in them will create millions of jobs and provide an economic boost to local communities.

But without Buy America language, infrastructure work could be sent overseas, to be done in government-owned factories in places like China and Russia.
